At Cinnamon Alley Café all our food is made in our own Kitchen. We do not use artificial flavors, preservatives or additives. Please browse our outside catering menus and do not hesitate to ask us for advice on choice or quantities.

Mains
All our main courses serve 9 unless otherwise stated. We use 100% certified Irish Hereford Beed and Irish reared Lamb from our local butcher.
Sheets of pasta layered with a rich bolognaise sauce and a creamy cheesy béchamel and baked until golden and bubbly.
Oven charred sweet peppers, red onions, aubergines and zucini, layered between sheets of lasagne and creamy béchamel sauce, topped with mozzarella.
Tender strips of beef, bacon lardons, shallots, carrots, button mushrooms, red wine and a rich tomato and herb reduction.
Beef strips, tenderised and cooked with onions, mushrooms, fresh herbs and crème fraiche.
Slow braised shoulder of lamb, marinated in a paste of hand roasted spices, perfumed with juicy raisins, coriander, cinnamon, chilli and chick peas.
Fillet of chicken slowly roasted and bound in a rich rosemary and basil creamy sauce with smokey chorizo, melted mozzarella and topped with basil pesto.
Chicken fillet cubed and marinated with chilli, garlic, olive oil and lemon. Simmered in creamy coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil leaves. Contains soybean oil.

Daly’s Seafood Nenagh provides us with our delicious fish.
Fresh Salmon, Smoked Coley and Cod poached in a fish stock and mixed with our cream veloute, lemon, and dill topped with creamy buttery mash.
